Meet a Multi-Genre Author on a Creative Journey

Hey, dear writing community!

I’m a multi-genre author who primarily writes contemporary fiction, including YA (young adult), NA (new adult), paranormal, horror, thriller, mystery, and crime fiction.

I’ve been writing since childhood and have always leaned toward thought-provoking, sometimes controversial topics—always told with honesty and authenticity.

Upcoming Book Releases

If all goes as planned, March 14, 2026, will be the year I officially release my literary works—poetry, short stories, and novels.

In just a few weeks, I’ll be self-publishing:

• A Poetry Collection (51 poems)

• A Short Story Collection (14 short stories)

• A Literary Fiction Novella (set in 1990s Arkansas)

After that, I have two more novellas in progress—a paranormal story and a 1990s romantic dramedy—followed by six full-length novels.

Current Writing Projects

I’m currently working on two exciting works in progress (WIPs):

• A dual-POV story told through the voices of two teen girls

• A detective procedural that dives into complex moral choices and layered characters

Beyond fiction, I’m also planning to write my first nonfiction book, inspired by my father’s tragic passing last year.

Screenwriting and Adaptations

I recently completed outlines for two screenplays that I’ll be co-writing:

• One based on the 1921 Black Wall Street tragedy

• Another about two Black men raising a family together

(I know that last one may spark some discussion, but I believe in telling diverse stories with empathy and honesty.)

I’m also in the process of adapting all of my literary works into visual formats, including web series, streaming projects, and films.
